Project: Benchlands

With a bit of blasting we were able to build right on the rocks for this 2900 sq ft home. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage with a studio suite. Polished concrete flooring in the living/dining space and custom railings built out of locally sourced alder make this home one of a kind.
